1. Warranty Coverage

1. Eligibility:

   • This policy applies to QUICO electrical appliances purchased from authorized retailers in Hong Kong or Macau.

   • Customers must complete warranty registration successfully on the official QUICO website after purchase to activate warranty coverage.

   • The warranty period is one (1) year, calculated from the purchase date shown on a valid receipt or the delivery date on the signed delivery note.

2. Exclusions (Free Warranty Service Not Applicable):

   • Products purchased outside Hong Kong or Macau.

   • Products purchased from non-authorized retailers.

   • Failure to present a valid original or clear copy of the purchase receipt from an authorized retailer.

   • Non-electrical components and accessories (where applicable, refer to product manual).

   • Products outside the one-year warranty period.

2. Warranty Service Details

1. During the warranty period, if a product malfunctions due to material or workmanship defects, QUICO will restore the product to its original factory specifications and normal operating condition, including necessary parts inspection and repair services (labor and parts costs covered).

2. Warranty service DOES NOT cover:

   • Cosmetic issues such as scratches, dents, cracked plastic parts, staining, or discoloration (considered normal wear and tear).

   • Damage caused by rust, lack of proper care/maintenance (e.g., failure to clean as instructed), or negligence.

   • Damage resulting from non-standard domestic use (e.g., commercial use).

   • Any issues or damage arising from improper installation, operation, use, cleaning, or maintenance contrary to the instructions in the product manual (deemed misuse).

   • Accidental or deliberate damage.

   • Products returned with damaged/incomplete packaging, or missing invoices/accessories.

   • Malicious or excessive returns.

3. Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Online Orders:

   • Customers must carefully verify all items, quantities, prices, applicable promotions, and delivery details before confirming an online order.

   • The website does not support direct refunds or exchanges. All online sales are final.

2. Shipping Issues:

   • If a product is damaged during transit to the specified address, or if the customer has not received the order within 7 days of confirmation, please immediately email cs@jointstar.com.hk with relevant order details. Our customer service team will investigate promptly.

3. Exchange Conditions (Special Cases):

   • Products eligible for exchange must have been purchased from an authorized retailer in Hong Kong or Macau within the one-year warranty period, with valid proof of purchase.

   • All items for exchange must be in pristine, unused condition, with original packaging intact (including all protective materials, manuals, and accessories), accompanied by the complete purchase receipt (original or clear copy).

   • QUICO will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process. Customers are responsible for ensuring the safe and secure return shipment.

   • QUICO reserves the right to reject any exchange request not meeting the above conditions.

4. Warranty & Repair Process

1. In-Warranty Repairs:

     • Bring the product requiring repair and valid proof of purchase (original or clear copy) to the designated service center at the scheduled time.

   • SF Express Shipment (For customers unable to visit):

     • Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

2. Out-of-Warranty Repairs:

5. General Terms

1. QUICO reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Revised terms become effective immediately upon publication on the official QUICO website.

2. QUICO reserves the right to refuse warranty service or exchanges at its sole discretion.

3. In case of any dispute, QUICO reserves the final right of interpretation.
