• Use "Product Categories" or search bar to find items
• Click "Add to Cart" on product pages
2. Login to Account
• Members: Enter email and password to login
• New customers: Click "Register New Account" (Enjoy HK$50 welcome voucher)
3. Checkout & Payment
• Confirm quantities in cart → Click "Secure Checkout"
• Fill in delivery address (Hong Kong only)
• Select delivery method: SF Express (3-7 business days)
• Choose payment method: VISA / Mastercard / JCB / Apple Pay / FPS / PayMe / AlipayHK / WeChat Pay
4. Confirm Order
• Review order summary (items/amount/voucher deduction)
• Check "Agree to Terms and Conditions" → Click "Confirm Order"
• Order is successful when order number is displayed

🏪 Store Inquiries
QUICO products are now available at multiple partner stores, including all branches of Fortress, Broadway, LOG ON, Wilson, Ideal Digital, City Hair, Hair3000, United Hair, and other regional retailers.
To check the availability of a specific product model, go to the "Product Description" section on the product page and click on "Sales Locations." A PDF file will be displayed, listing detailed store information for that product.
We recommend contacting the store by phone to check stock availability before visiting, to avoid an unnecessary trip.
📦 Delivery & Tracking
• Dispatch Time: Orders placed before 15:00 Mon-Fri shipped same day
• Tracking Query:
1. Login to Member Center → "My Orders" → Click order number
2. Copy SF Express tracking number → Check on SF official website
3. Receiving Note: Refuse damaged parcels on site and contact customer service immediately

• Use Voucher: Enter code or auto-deduction at checkout page
• Modify Order: Contact customer service within 15 minutes after ordering
