3.3 Product names, company logos, and designs remain the exclusive intellectual property of Joint Star Inc. Limited.
4. Sales Terms
4.1 While we endeavor to ensure accurate product listings regarding pricing, specifications, and inventory:
(a) We reserve the right to adjust prices and quantities without notice;
(b) Order acceptance is subject to stock availability at our sole discretion.
4.2 For out-of-stock items:
(a) We will notify you via email/phone before your requested delivery date;
(b) Order fulfillment is contingent upon final inventory confirmation.
5. Governing Law & Severability
5.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China ("Hong Kong").
5.2 If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable:
(a) Such provision shall be ineffective only within the relevant jurisdiction;
(b) The validity and enforceability of remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
6. Amendments & Dispute Resolution
6.1 We reserve the exclusive right to:
(a) Modify these Terms at our absolute discretion;
(b) Make final determinations regarding any disputes.
